Kumaraguru Ramanujam

Kumaraguru Ramanujam has eight years’ experience in the UAE as a conference producer and sales professional. He has created and managed new and existing business events in the UAE, Qatar and Oman – as well as supervising sales teams in South Africa, Europe and India.

Before establishing Peer Review, Kumar worked as the Business Development Manager for the MEED organisation’s Conference Division – developing innovative sales solutions for Saudi Arabian mega-projects and green building forums, as well as energy events in Abu Dhabi and Iraq.

Kumar previously spent almost four years at IQPC in Dubai, where he developed quality events in the defence, finance, infrastructure and governmental sectors. He has also worked for the Marcus Evans organisation and Abu Dhabi University’s Aim Events programme. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Madras University, India.


Mithun Sundarraj


Mithun began his career in conference production shortly after leaving university in 2007. Since then he has worked in offices of multinational business intelligence companies based in Dubai, Singapore and Hanoi.

Mithun has successfully created and managed new and existing world class conferences, international masterclasses and executive training programs across rapidly developing countries in Middle East, APAC and African regions. He is passionate about enabling knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for progressive professionals from various industries and sectors.

Mithun holds a master’s degree in International Business from La Trobe Business school, La Trobe University Melbourne, Australia and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Loyola College (autonomous) Chennai, India.
